Hy-Definition Plasma

This process has nothing to do with the latest TV’s, instead it’s the next generation of Plasma cutting technology.

Capable of cutting up to 30mm thick in Mild Steel, 25mm in Aluminium and Stainless. The Hy-Def plasma process offers a cost effective alternative to Laser Cutting should the component be suitable and a cleaner more accurate profile than conventional flame or plasma techniques as well as achieving apertures such as holes/slots and finer detail.

The largest component size we can offer is 7000mm x 1950mm.
