Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting is now a well established process used widely by both designers and manufacturers, suitable of cutting a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

In today’s manufacturing environment rapid production times, quality of product and low costs are expected consistently. Access Engineering operate on the basis of meeting this challenge time after time, with our efforts measured on ‘Total customer satisfaction’.

We offer the capability to offer laser cut parts up to 2500mm x 1250mm in the following thickness:
• Mild Steel up to 20mm
• Stainless (clean cut) up to 15mm
• Aluminium up to 5mm

A range of material is stocked to enable us to react to the fast leadtime requirements of Laser Cutting customers.

We are able to generate cutting programs from templates, samples, drawings or electronic CAD data.

To provide a complete service we have long term established relationships with reliable sub-contractors such as machine shops, metal finishers (polishing, galvanising, zinc plating and powder coating companies) enabling us to produce finished goods and eliminating customer involvement with third-parties.
