Full Project Management

Once in receipt of a letter of intent, a pre-start meeting is arranged to establish the facts to ensure effective delivery of the objectives attached to the project. This generally includes the scope of the project, the targets and timescales are clearly identified with the client at this point. A site survey is generally required at this stage.

The client will be assigned a dedicated project manager who's responsibility it will be to produce, agree and manage the delivery plan. Regular team meetings are essential and arranged as necessary to review and evaluate the delivery plan with all project stakeholders.
